Our initial consultation is free of charge, thereafter fees are time-based and agreed in advance and are only charged when you agree to go ahead with a project.

After the initial conversation, we give you time to consider the consultation. We’ll then invite you to give us feedback. We’ll then turn all this information into a written proposal, which will include the objectives and suggestions that are generated through this process.

You can then decide whether you want to go ahead – which is where we start working for you.
